Should we go Live or DJ?

We supply both! It's not really a case of either/or, but perhaps both. From over 15 years of experience at thousands of events, the most memorable moments happen when there’s a live element that creates warmth and sets the tone. We recommend live music for at least the first half or two-thirds of your event. Once everyone has socialized and formalities are over, it’s the perfect time to shift to a DJ to get the dance floor going.

How quickly do we need to book in entertainment for our event?

The earlier, the better. Leaving music bookings to the last minute limits your options since the best musicians get booked early, especially for popular dates. We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. You may still secure us a few weeks or even days out, as we have a wide network to find the perfect fit even if we’re prebooked.

What is the booking process?

We make booking your entertainment stress-free. Simply send event details (address, date, timing, etc.), and we’ll email you a booking sheet to review and sign, along with a 30% deposit request. Once confirmed, your date is locked in, and we’ll finalize the details over email. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event date.

What if I have to postpone or cancel my booking?

We understand plans can change. We offer one complimentary date change if your event is delayed. If we’re unavailable on the new date, we’ll provide a replacement of equivalent quality. If you cancel outright, your deposit is refundable up to 90 days before the event.

Can you suggest songs for the wedding ceremony? Do we choose songs from your playlist?

Song selection depends on your taste and what resonates with you as a couple. We can learn the songs that matter most to you. For the ceremony, there are three main songs to consider: Processional (for the bride’s walk), Signing (a longer interlude), and Recessional (a short, upbeat conclusion). Traditional, pop, ballads, or foreign songs can all be adapted. For the first dance, choose a tempo that fits your dancing comfort. We can adapt any genre—just check our repertoire list for inspiration.

If we like unpopular or niche music, can we still play it?

Absolutely. Your event should reflect your personal taste. We’ve performed everything from obscure 80s hits to Persian ballads, Irish village tunes, and Mandarin jazz. Send your special requests at least 2 weeks in advance to allow preparation. It’s still wise to mix in classic songs everyone enjoys—professional entertainers know how to strike the right balance.
